I use Neem oil on my trees. They have had white fly infestations once before and I sprayed them with a 2% solution of Neem oil and that took care of it. Also, shake up the solution frequently in your sprayer, as the Neem oil is , well, oil - and we all know how well oil and water blend. I love this product - it is a natural, non-chemical answer to keeping my trees happy and healthy. One bottle makes lots of gallons of spray, so it's economical as well. It is actually good for the plants, and won't harm them. If I have leftovers from spraying, I just pour it on the tree watering ring and let it soak in. It strengthens the tree systemically, making it harder for the white flies to come back and establish themselves on the leaves. You can use it as a preventative also.
