Damaged & Incorrect Items:

We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition.  Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as images are often required by the carriers. If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account, whichever you prefer. Please Contact Us to report a damaged or incorrect product.

 

For US orders, damaged items will can be replaced or refunded.

 

For International orders, damaged items will be refunded.  Replacement items can be shipped, however, customers will be responsible for any international shipping charges. For items damaged during transit, we will file a claim with the carrier, if we are able to win a reimbursement for shipping charges with the carrier, we will reimburse the customer for their original shipping cost.

Backorders:

On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be back-ordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. We have a great relationship with our suppliers so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your back-ordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are back-ordered, you may receive several partial shipments.
