Product Returns
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Unopened items can be returned for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus the cost of shipping, if the ordered was shipped via a "Free shipping" promotion, the original cost of shipping will be withheld from refund. Products returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on products after 45 days. Additionally, if you are returning a quantity of 12 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged & Incorrect Items:
We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as images are often required by the carriers. If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account, whichever you prefer. Please Contact Us to report a damaged or incorrect product.For US orders, damaged items will can be replaced or refunded.
For International orders, damaged items will be refunded. Replacement items can be shipped, however, customers will be responsible for any international shipping charges. For items damaged during transit, we will file a claim with the carrier, if we are able to win a reimbursement for shipping charges with the carrier, we will reimburse the customer for their original shipping cost.
