Shipping & Returns

 

Product Returns

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Unopened items can be returned for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus the cost of shipping, if he ordered was shipped via a "Free shipping" promotion, the original cost of shipping will be withheld from refund. Products returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on products after 45 days. Additionally, if you are returning a quantity of 12 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged & Incorrect Items:

We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition.  Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers. If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account, whichever you prefer. Please Contact Us to report a damaged or incorrect product.
 
For US orders, damaged items will can be replaced or refunded.
 
For International orders, damaged items will be refunded.  Replacement items can be shipped, however, customers will be responsible for any international shipping charges. For items damaged during transit, we will file a claim with the carrier, if we are able to win a reimbursement for shipping charges with the carrier, we will reimburse the customer for their original shipping cost.

 

Backorders:

On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be back-ordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. We have a great relationship with our suppliers so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your back-ordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are back-ordered, you may receive several partial shipments.

 

Shipping Methods:

We offer Free Shipping on all US orders (to all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO destinations). Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped by our choice of USPS Priority, or USPS First Class Mail (when under 15 ounces) which we select based on package size, destination and price.

Free shipping orders are shipped vis USPS First Class mail or USPS priority mail with tracking. Orders over $25 are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Free shipping orders can be upgraded to priority shipping for $3.49

Orders placed Monday-Friday during normal business hours are prepared for shipment the same day they are received, orders placed before 2:00PM PST Monday-Friday will typically ship the same day they are received. If you've provided a valid email address, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking link.  You can also check status of an order by logging into your account, or by calling us at 1-800-481-1975.

International Shipping:
