We offer Free Priority Shipping on all US orders over $79.99 (to all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO destinations).
All US orders under $79.99 are shipped via USPS First Class mail $3.99 or an order can be upgraded to USPS priority mail with tracking for 5.99.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship orders the same day they are received. If you've provided a valid email address, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking link. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday.
Orders placed Monday-Friday during normal business hours are prepared for shipment the same day they are received, orders placed before 12:00PM CST Monday-Friday will typically ship the same day they are received. You can check status of an order by logging into your account, or by calling us at 1-800-481-1975.

What is your return policy?
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?
We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers. If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account, whichever you prefer. Please Contact Us to report a damaged or incorrect product.How do you handle backorders?
On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be back-ordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. We have a great relationship with our suppliers so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your back-ordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are back-ordered, you may receive several partial shipments.What sort of payment methods do you except?
