Our "mature" skin greatly prefers the clay-based scrub for our faces, but we heard great things about neem and salt for acne following a "Today" show program (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/14559424/). We like this on our hands and feet though, where the extra exfoliation is appreciated.

We regularly get questions from parents about what neem products they should use on a baby, particularly a baby with itches that aren't clearing up when they use petroleum-based products like vaseline or baby oil made with mineral oil.
